Free shipping on all US orders.
Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Delivery time. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, which can affect timing.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Delays. Occasionally customs or carrier delays add time beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@thesilkmist.com and we'll help.
