Order processing. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they are placed.
Delivery time. Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 7–15 business days after processing. Some items ship from our overseas fulfillment partners, which can affect timing.
Orders with more than one item. Our brush and our accessories (the hair oil and the sleep bonnet) are packed and shipped by different fulfillment partners. If your order includes more than one item, it will usually arrive in separate packages, each with its own tracking number, and often on different days. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing — the rest of your order is still on its way.
Tracking. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as each part of your order ships. If your order is arriving in more than one package, you'll get more than one tracking email.
Delays. Occasionally customs or carrier delays add time beyond our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, email us at support@thesilkmist.com and we'll help.
