Welcome to Silkmist. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Products & pricing. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice. We work to keep product descriptions and images accurate, but slight variations can occur.

Orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping & risk of loss. Shipping timelines are described in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery by the carrier.

Returns. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Intellectual property. All content on this site — including the Silkmist name, logo, text, and images — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability. Silkmist is a detangling and smoothing hair brush. It is not a medical device and makes no medical claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or this website.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which our business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
